From a very personal perspective the Marie Curie nurses that cared for both my parents in the later stages of their lives were not only kind, gentle and compassionate to mum and dad but were equally caring and supportive to myself and my siblings..
There are many worthwhile and amazing charities to support and they all require vital funds in order to keep up the important work that they do…
On this occasion I have decided to support Marie Curie not just for my personal reasons that I’ve outlined but because at the root of this charity is an inspiring woman who broke boundaries, I’d encourage you all to read up on this inspiring woman..

But women like Marie Curie should be celebrated and honoured for their contribution to our lives today…
Women who have made positive changes and who have played essential roles that have led to freedom of choice for me and so many others…
